How To Make Water Level Controller Using Transistor & Relay By Technoesolution | #electronicsprojects
Description
Hello, friend Welcome to TECHNO-E-SOLUTION today we are going to make an automatic water level controller.
Here, is a simple circuit to control the water level of overhead tanks and to avoid the wastage of the water. This circuit cut off the supply of Ac Pump when the water level of the overhead tanks reaches its maximum level. This circuit is simple and compact-sized you can build this circuit very easily and if you want to make a PCB of this project I provide the PCB layout below where you can easily make the PCB of this project.
Connect the two wires to P4 & P3 pin on PCB and deep into the tank at the top of the tank hence when the water level reaches the maximum level the circuit gets a trigger and the pump gets off. The distance between P4 & P3 should be less than 5-8 cm not to be exceeded and place these wires at the same level. Connect the 9v battery where 9v is indicated in PCB Gerber view, you can simply connect the 9v adapter to give supply to the circuit.
Warning:- Take Care while connecting AC load to relay after connecting load to relay insulate it using varnish or Nail paint. I have already made a video tutorial on this project you can refer to my Youtube video.
Watch out the video, If reading bores you.

Refer above circuit diagram to make proper connections. |
PCB Layout:-
Note:- If you want to make PCB of this project you should need to print the above file with Setting (Actual Size> Print) otherwise PCB layout gets a wrong sized print. Print the Layout on glossy paper or photo paper with size A4.
Take care while printing you should print this layout on a laser printer(Tonner powder) that doesn't print with a laser printer(INK).
